Excellent front staff trying to help guests. I asked direction, bud time, and restaurants. They were very helpful with polite and very pleasant manner. Their spa was clean, warm, and relaxing. The breakfast was a little better than other same chain hotels. I was glad that I chose this hotel.

I always stay with family in Iwate, and this was the first time I stayed at a hotel. It was clean, breakfast included great options and was very helpful to have! There is a combini across the street, staff were friendly and helpful, plus the baths on the ground floor were great.

I like the room layout and the things you provided in the room. We can find everything we need. At the same time, you also provide extra at the lobby. The room is clean and big enough for 1 person.

Good view, easy to access, convenient just in front of convenience store and supermarket. Breakfast variety is more than expected. Deeply impressed tans will come back again.

Liked the room, just a bit cramped with 2 suitcases, however, that is fairly normal for Japan. Liked the convenience

Shopping, food and train station is all within 3 minutes of the hotel.

The staff was friendly. And the rooms were clean. Breakfast and the on site Onsen are quite remarkable. Highly appreciate the Ceylon tea, received as compliments!!

Location is good, few minutes walk from Mizusawa station. Basic but I got all I needed.
